Scorpio

This seems to be fairly knew and friends of Scorpion and Myself found a way to warp on dedicated servers without using a hacking program, which allows you to run very fast speeds across the map. I dont know if Bran already told you about this or TWL knows about it but Scorpion has contacted the admins in IGS and has been illegalized in that ladder.
