.TuG.Tweak
Hi Bran, I would definately recommend the Xfi range. When I started playing with the Xfi, it felt like a hack it made locating the enemy that easy (GRAW and GRAW2 have an "Exreme" mode when you auto detect with an Xfi) They have this CMSS phantom surround sound mode. You don't actually need 5.1 headphones as the card can mimmick it pratically perfectly itself. You can hear footsteps from accross the map. They're about

.TuG.Beaver
What's the difference between http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829102005 and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829102014 ? About a $100.... Seriously though - all you need for gaming is the X-fi Extreme Gamer edition of the X-Fi series. Which is this version: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829102006
