The servers in NYC died after a MS Security patch update:

 

The physical computer in our NYC datacenter that your server was on

experienced major problems earlier today and is inoperable. We are

currently in the process of shipping a new server to the NYC location

to replace the failed server. Estimating at least 24 hours of

downtime, we have setup a temporary server in our DALLAS datacenter

for you.

 

The temp CoD server is now in Dallas.
