Helios has posted on the CM forums that they are working on a 2nd 'significant' patch for OP-DR, which should be sizeable and contain lots of fixes for both SP & MP. Although I cant see why they are bothering if there isnt going to be any dedicated servers!!

12/11 - 2nd Patch/Title Update in Development Just wanted to update you all quickly regarding what the team are working on, as I've noted a few posts from people suggesting that we will be dropping support for the game now that the 1st patch/TU and DLC has been released. Please be assured that this is not the case and that we continue to remain fully committed to supporting the game on all formats post-launch.

 

Currently the team is dedicated to working on a 2nd patch/TU, and whilst the release date is still TBA, the good news is that this 2nd patch/title update will be a significant update and will address a wide variety of issues for SP and MP across the board.

 

While the the 1st patch/TU was primarily put out to address priority issues immediately affecting the quality of the game, the upcoming 2nd patch/TU will contain a much greater number of fixes and hopefully satisfy everyone’s needs. __________________

lol yea seen that earlier and the admins banning people and locking loads of threads because expressing there disgust about no dedi and alot posting links up (mainly american) about the action they can take now because helios said No dedi ever so false advertising and misleading info from them so looks liek other things might happen with CM hehe good luck to them

Helios has posted some further details regarding the 2nd patch coming....

 

Just to give you some additional news, the second patch on PC will also come bundled with some DLC just like the first one. This DLC amongst other things will add new MP modes to the game, and I'll be confirming the full details regarding content at a later date.

 

With regards to the patch, the team are still working on adding additional fixes. __________________

Seems we are getting some more DLC along with the fixes, etc.

well in there eyes they trying but the game is dead not many play it as it have no dedi servers and anti cheat they realised i think they losted out big time on a long waited game big epic fail give it another 3-4 months and another game on the bargain shelf for £10 lol

Hi all, bit of news to end the week with for you.

 

I've just had it confirmed to me that the release date for the 2nd patch and Overwatch DLC for the PC will be next Weds (27th Jan).
