no modding tools is that just for the beta or retail

there is a reason for this, the engin that is used in games like this is so complex even the developres can only just manage it, so for them to make a modding interface insted of putting time into making the game better would be a waist of time. They have not said the game can not be modded simply that they are not making a modding tool YET! also there are some cleaver bugger in the community who will prob be able to make a tool before the devs can, i bet thats what they are hoping for.
