Just to let all who have these know that my microphone on mine broke and although the shop where i purchased said that my years warranty was up i contacted speedlink themselves who replaced for a new pair once they had checked them out

wow im not the only 1, im glad ive seen this thread cos mines went the same. I got mine off play.com, they said that they cant take it back ya need to get the company speedklink to fix it and im like WOT!! i cant get in touch with speed link at all by phone so they said they sent an email out and im still waiting for that email so i can send it back then get a new 1

?? how long have you had them and have you still got the receipt as play.com should replace them.

 

Linda on 01462 680060 contact this person and explain your situation she may be ablke to point you in the correct direction im sure she is from the uk distrubuter of speedlink as the are a german company me thinks.

ya still got the resite and its just under 3 months old, play wont take them back aswell cos they said it must of been under 31 days to return :angry:
