mmm. I though I disabled the auto download function. oh well. The map pack is already available for download from the platoon for sometime now & a ton of people have it installed already. I would put it up for download on the TUG website, but it's 198 megs. And would hammer our bandwidth. I had some guys on today playing with me while I was testing which was nice and I think there are a few other servers out there running too. You can change the server from the webadmin page - load the 'ServerAthenaSword' ini file to reset it back to normal. Yes I'll add the details that the server is running it too.

** UPDATE ** Have managed to test the rest of the maps out now - there's a total of 12 that seem to work ok with Tango Hunt. Newest additions are: 11. Shopping Spree 12. Stone Set Luxury I also have 2 converted maps from Ghost Recon - Embassy & Docks to test out.

** UPDATE 2 ** Good news - I have started testing the maps to see which ones work ok with CO-OP Tango Hunt. So far I have 10 confirmed as working and will hopefully have them all tested this evening and a config created. Working so far: 1. Asia 2. AWC_Firehouse 3. Construction 4. Helius 5. Mandalay Hill 6. Underwater Habitat 7. R6 BioLab 8. R6 Congo 9. RS Ruined City 10. Ruins

** UPDATE ** I had Scott upload this pack to the server this morning - I just need to look at the configs & which map is compatible with Tango Hunt & add them to the rotation - will sort that out this evening.

The guys who make the forum/gallery that we currently use have just released a new add-on for it - InvisionBlog. Here's some details about the Blog system: http://www.invisionblog.com/ Is this something you guys would like to see added to the site? You'd then be able to have your own blogs hosted here - either private or public - somehwere to vent your spleens. Sounds like you have something infected/corrupted - possibly your tcp/ip stack. I'd run a complete system virus scan with the latest definitions & run Spybot + Ad-Aware too. - Also, if running windows XP - make sure you do a windows update and get all the latest security fixes & updates. oh - and get a firewall like zonealarm so you can see what trying to get out of your machine as well as stop stuff getting in.

** UPDATE ** The gallery conversion is now comple & we have moved over to using InvisionGallery. All albums from the old software are imported and up for public viewing. There is now also the ability for TUG Members to create their own Private or Public galleries from within the 'My Control' section on the forums. You should now see 2 new options in the left hand menu - 'Your Albums' & 'Your Favourites'. The albums can be created here and you can set if the public will be able to them or not. At the moment - there are no restrictions on filesize or uploads plus you can even upload .wma & .mov movie files too. I will be adding more media filetypes soon. I'll be keeping any eye on the bandwidth usage & may have to impose some limits if we start to get near our monthly 10GB transfer limit (so far it's never gone above 1GB per month) All TUG Members can add pictures/comments to 3 of the galleries - the 'Save the Travelmate' gallery is now closed. Enjoy. oh... and please let me know if anything isnt working as it should. Thanks.

Ya - his one liner comments are great. I think I need to go rip them out of the audio files & link them in the gallery.

Was just looking through the server stats page and noticed that we have had about 2300 people on the server since it started. Currently the stats program is set to include anyone who has at least 1 kill in the list. Should we increase this limit to min. 100 kills? (or another number 25-50-75)

An oldy, but a goody - takes me back to the days of original Doom when it was just a complete monster fest with relentless wave after wave coming at you. Benny & I played Serious Sam:Second Encounter last night for 4 hours solid on co-op mode going through all the levels. At certain times throughout - there were more than 100 or so monsters coming at us and it was aweseme fun to blow the crap out of them. If I can find a dedicated server for it - I may just put it up on the server in a while for some large scale co-op monster killing spree's... Death has never been so much fun.

me too. I found out that the PB configs are now all wrong. I have updated them now & everything seems good. At least neither of us got kicked when doing Lumberyard. Will be back later to play once I've picked Benny up from the airport.

** UPDATE ** TUG CO-OP #1 has now been uipdated to the latest patches (1.60/1.10) Have fun & let me know if there are any problems.
