.TuG.Beaver Posted December 20, 2004 Report Posted December 20, 2004 So that I can play about with some other site tools like Mambo & Xoops to sse if they are better than php-nuke for our new site, I regged a new domain. http://www.clantug.co.uk The DNS is just in the progress of updating, so should be live within the next 24 hours. mambo here: http://www.clantug.co.uk/mambo xoops here: http://www.clantug.co.uk/xoops maybe other CMS systems out there to try too.
.TuG.Beaver Posted December 20, 2004 Author Report Posted December 20, 2004 woot - the DNS is now active & the 2 sites are ready to play with. Feel free to register on each dev site to see what you get & play with things. My 1st task will be to get a nice theme/skin/template sorted.
.TuG.Beaver Posted December 21, 2004 Author Report Posted December 21, 2004 double woot. Mambo rocks - I have already managed to add a little flavour to it. 1. Logo added 2. vwar added
.TuG.Beaver Posted December 23, 2004 Author Report Posted December 23, 2004 I decided to dump looking at Xoops... Mambo is bloody great... So, the new dev site link is just: http://www.clantug.co.uk Just trying to make sure all the content is ported over ok over the next few weeks.
