Well I probably recommend having like two different PCs, one for gaming and one for other use. Unless you do already, and if you do want vista, put it on the other use, because vista was... pretty damn useless for gaming. Maybe because there aren't any good drivers out yet. We'll just have to wait and see won't we...

What he said, but I do need to partition my hardrive to install XP on it (Yes I have Vista) and then I'll install my games on that because apparently they should run smoother.

You can preview anything, and there is an example, say I have firefox minimized, I can hover my mouse over the button and voila, it shows you what's on the page.
