To be honest i dont really care if its shite or not cause ive found FFXI-Online which will keep me busy for a while yet http://www.playonline.com/ff11eu/index.shtml Funny really the game requires 7.5Gb of free space, (this includes game launcher, main game and 2x addons) and takes 1hr to update the game to playable level, from disc to current patched level that is. But its well worth the wait, and if your thinking well i never really liked FF, it doesnt really matter, cause this is nothing like any others, except you still get Chocobos My current avatar is a Galkan, which is what my FF character is

To save time and bother i think they should just incorporate aimbots, ret lock, speed hack, PB Hack & wireframe into the game code then there would br no reason to have stoopid guns that enable you to fire from cover without as much as showing a hair. Mind you as long as they dont take away my MM1, no one will be safe Also i agree with Bull looking at the gadgetry on that rifle you'll need to be built like Senator Arnie in order to use it. I remember having a night vision scope on my SA80 when i was in the army and that weighed more that the SA80, and it was no where near as elaborate as that rifle. :sad: In summary - this game is getting more and more spoiled as it goes on. With all these computerised weapons and new fangled wotcha-ma-called-its we'll be able to sit in the tea room and let our weapons go off and fight the tango's on their own, in fact why dont they go the full hog and make GR2 with robots from the future that are trying to wipe out mankind......oh wait thats been done.

If they were giving this game away free in GAME, i would tell them where they could stick this piece of crap. My god what an awful game, I think they must have changed the 'B' to a 'K' and then re-released it, I only played the demo, but i wouldnt release that crap as a Beta, it looked awful and played even worse. It kinda looked like it wanted to be a UT, but just didnt have the gfx or the gameplay. Then when i tried to uninstall it, it errored on the uninstall and split its main file and scattered the entire contents of its folder all over my 'Program Files' folder. This game doesnt even get a rating as minus doesnt go down far enough.

ive preordered it as the full pack which will be delivered on friday (24) when its released.

Well what can I say - I was expecting a FPS like Americas Army but its nothing of the sort, Yes its a squad based game but its not like anything else ive played before, in this game you control 2 x 4man fire teams, You being a squad member in each team as you swap between the 2, but you dont fire in the FPS mode at all, you merely command your squad to move, shoot or whatever and they do it. For instance if you want the M203 to take out a vehicle you simply click "2" on the keyboard and the target the tango with your mouse, click left mouse button and your M203 grenadier will step up and fire his nade at the designated target, and BOOM. I found overall that once youve gotten used to the control system then its quite a fun game to play. This is one game i would be tempted to buy, or download in the very least.

And yes i do have a lot of spare time.
