i think im going to replace my 8800gt with the 9800 gtx 512 mb

 

what do you think of this? it is an extremely stock overclocked version

 

called 512MB 9800 GTX COMBAT Mod Ultra XXL

 

it has a 810 mhz gpu-clock, 2300 mhz memory-clock and a shader-clock of 2000 mhz

please post what you think about it

Frankly, it's not worth the money for the increase in performance it will give you.

Plus, check your case as the GX2 is HUGE! I know JJ had some trouble and I think he had to buy a new case in the end. It also eats power like you wouldn't beleive.

oh i know it needs loads of power but thats ok and it is the gtx dunno is it same size as the gx2??

i have the 9800x2 which is still coming out top in most games i dont think the gtx has had many good reveiws at all tbh but havent looked latley i had to by a new psu for mine while beaver was laughing at me from a distance drivers have been coming for mine and seems to run better now :0)

I think you should just get another 8800GT, I think that might just equalize the performance graphicly (if not more) and they've become REALLY cheap now.
