The ip box is set that way so you can set ranges of ip's probably. e.g. 192.168.2.1~100 would be IP's starting at .1 & ending at .100 for the last portion. If you just want to restrict 1 IP - it would be: 192.168.2.xxx

(RTFMD) so in the box i put 1 which is the ip then 1 again ?? confusing eh.
