.TuG.Beaver Posted January 25, 2010 Report Posted January 25, 2010 (edited) Hi All, Just wanted to highlight that any names picked in the PC Beta will be usable in the full game when it arrives, so I guess we should all get on the same page regarding what usernames we use. As yet nothing is known about how the account system works or if the in-game name is exactly whats used for your EA account, etc. I';m guessing it will be like BF2 in that your player name=your account name. If this is the case - I've found in the past that a few of these sites dont like you to use the "." and we may be limited to using "_". With that in mind, can we all do the following: 1st try: .TuG.Playername if that cant be used, then try: TuG_Playername at least then we will all be the same and findable. Cheers. (If I read it correctly.)

You will then be prompted to sign in with your EA Account. If you don't have an EA Account you'll be able to create one in the same screen. (You may also create your EA Account in advance HERE) STEP 3: Enter the unique PC Beta Code during the log in process to authenticate your participation in the Beta. Step 4: Create your Soldier name (this will lock that name to your EA account for retail if you want to keep it). look at step 2 at theend you can create in advance

That's what I've done, seems simpler and looks better. Besides, my name's too long for their character limit. And also, anyone have any idea at all why I just keep spinning around while playing?

.TuG.Bulldog Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 Dave.. its much easier to search for everyone in the clan if we use the .TuG. in our name. then with one easy search you can add the whole clan to your friends list.
