Stats updated to yesterday.

Have found a nice stats logging utility for CoD4 and installed it on our website. Stats can be found here: http://www.tugteam.com/index.php?page=cod4-stats I am currently importing all the log files from our server since we started it - the current view is just the 1st file so I could see if it worked or not. What you think?

The game is due for release next week on PC. I played in the closed beta & open beta for a little while, but never really got enough time to sit & play the game properly. However, looking into it again today and some of the new videos & screens, etc. It does look pretty good. Basically its a squad based fps similar to BF2 (it is the same guys who made Desert Combat for BF1942 and then BF2). Infantry, Helicopters, Tanks, Drones and not too futuristic weapons at all! Who's up for it? I'll throw a server up on our box and will probably buy it from steam as its normally cheaper!

Not at all, I could always do with more! None of my stuff is 'high end' - its all middle of the road performance parts, which I've done my research on and all fit well together.

Finally the v1.0 SDK for crysis has been released. Colin - get looking buddy and see of its gonna be suitable for us to make some mods with.

Seems they are fixing the SDK so possbily the OE mod might be back on track and give us something to work with as regards to creating a co-op gametype.

Well, it was a fun night spending a few hours painstakingly puttng it all together. All seems to work fine, but because I didnt do a complete re-install of XP and just put the HD in from the shuttle & let it re-detect everything - XP hasnt installed the correct HAL and now only shows a single CPU to windows, even though it knows there are 2 cores there. So what I'll have to do this evening is a repair install of XP over the top of current system to see if it will fix the HAL (HAL - Harware Abstraction Layer for all the noobs!) Fingers crossed that works, or I'll have to do a complete fresh install.

No idea. I can tell you that this stuff I have is - 4-4-4-12 and runs at 2.1v and you can OC the crap out of it.

Hehe - no the ram is just the Corsair HDX (Dominator XMS2) It's also gonna be used by Benny when he's here to play cod4 and I guess I can use it as a back-up gaming rig if I have issue with my main machine.

Um, not same price - about 30-40 quid cheaper than the Q6600 G0 stepping, and the 6750 will overclock to 3.6ghz no problem with air cooling! Plus I dont need a quad core for my "Internet/Email/Porn" downloading pc.
