This thread is for discussing the release of TGPSP v1.00. Please use this thread to talk about things you like or installation experiences etc., but please do not use this thread to post troubleshooting queries or bug reports. These threads tend to grow very large and bug reports etc. tend to become lost and will not get attention from the support or development team. Please be sure & post us a link back to your install of the stats so we can see what teams are doing with it.

I am pleased to anounce the official release of the: .TuG. GR:AW1/GR:AW2 Player Stats Project Introduction: The .TuG. GR:AW1/GR:AW2 Player Stats Project is an advanced player statistics tracking system that will allow teams to track all the players who play in their GR:AW1 & GR:AW2 game servers. The TGPSP (short name) can be integrated into an existing website setp-up, e.g. with vBadvanced CMPS or as a standalone system. Most aspects of the basic template are easily customised by modifying the css style-sheet. The TGPSP will automagially import the XML log files generated from GR:AW1 & GR:AW2 (GR:AW2 stat import subject to final game release testing) into a MySQL database and then allow users to drill down through their individual stats all the way to specific rounds they have played in. Features: Import all XML log files from GR:AW1 & GR:AW2. (Note: GR:AW2 stat import subject to final game release testing.) Customisable through changing the CSS to match your current website scheme. Standalone or integrate into your existing site. Uses PHP + MySQL. Customisable country of origin flags for known players. Player search. Display Top 10 clan players. Displays Top 5 players from current month. Individual player profile stats page, including stats for all maps played. Best ever round, Worst ever round, last 10 rounds. Ability to drill down to every single round you have ever played on the server & then view the round stats. Multiple installations/databases to track different things. Btw, I've just read the the Japanese have invented a camera with a shutter speed so fast..... It can take a picture of a woman with her mouth closed!!

For those of you who like to break the width of the forum by posting large pics as direct links instead of attaching them to the thread, I have installed a plugin called imagresizer, which will automagically resize an image so it doesnt break the forum width. You'll still be able to see the full original pic by clicking in the bar at the top of the pic as instructed.

Just rebooted my cable modem & am now upgraded to 20MB download (with 768kb Upload) Just tried downloading a 1.1 gig file from and was maxing out at just over 2mb sec dl - woot!!

The paypal donations module is now back online - available via the navbar at the top in the forums or via the left side module on the main page. Any donations made go straight into our Dedicated Game Server fund, which allows us to rent a dedicated box from Rackage.com & provide gaming & comms servers for our team members, friends & the general public. All donations are greatfully received!

Thanks for the support. We originally just wanted to do some stats for the matches we played on TWL, but its grown into an obsession for full blown player stats over the last couple of months.

If you have any bugs or suggestions/feedback on features that you may like to see included in future releases of the TuG player stats project, then please post them in this forum - we'll take a look at all suggestions and see how easy/hard they might be to include. Right now we are trying to 'feature lock' the code and do some clean-up for the 1st public release. To Do: 1. Clean up CSS 2. Clean up config 3. Clean up HTML output 4. Tweak mysql queries. 5. Test importing/Auto FTP'ing XML files from server to web host.

uG.brok21k & myself have been busy (especially brok21k) over the last few months developing a player stats system for GR:AW/GR:AW2 and are aiming to release it in the next week or so for public use. The TuG GR:AW Player Stats system basically takes all your XML log files saved on your dedicated servers and imports them into a MySQL database. We then have a nice front-end system which can be integrated into just about any website to show off all those stats. To run the stats, your web hosting must have php/mysql support (mysql for the db, while the front-end is written in php). Features: Import all XML log files from GR:AW / GR:AW2. Customisable through changing the CSS to match your current website scheme. Standalone or integrate into your existing site. Customisable country of origin flags for known players. Player search. Individual player profile stats page, including stats for all maps played. Best ever round, Worst ever round, last 10 rounds. Ability to drill down to every single round you have ever played on the server & then view the round stats. and many other features... We will be updating the project as we find new & exciting things to add into it. Eventually, it will also incorporate the ability to import all your Competitive Match stats and display them seperately so you can brag about how much you own!!
