Its just his access to the EA servers is probably severly limited to pull out all the player stats into his own database for the sigs. There's another BC2 sig site, that doesnt have my stats on it yet. I think over the next week or so once things settle down, DICE's own stat pages will be up again too and these 3rd party sig sites should hopefully work better too. Edit: It'll be katikus only - the clan tag portion isnt tracked, just your "soldier" name.

** update ** The patch has now been released via the in-game updater - for those using the steam version, you'll need to wait until tomorrow - however, we can still all play togther, so thats fine as the servers havent changed.

Nope - not in-game at the moment - the Punkbuster messages dont display in the chat area, so thats out and the rcon tools dont yet have time events in them to spam stuff. The only thing is the server name which currently has Recruiting in it, plus, the server join screen banner/text.

When we first started with the server, according to GameTracker.com - we were a lowly - 3010th, but now the server has jumped up to: 1172nd which is pretty good, and it seems to be pretty much full all day over these past 2 weeks.

hey katikus, welcome to the forums and nice playing with you last night. The default guest password for the TS server is either: march or october - I forget which one I set it to!! (old age and all that), so please come and join us and say hello and we'll get you registered. As far as joining us goes - we're a pretty informal bunch of guys and dont make new recruits jump through hoops or anything like that. All that we ask is that you come join us on comms, be active here in the forums and after a week or 2, we'll have an informal chat amongst ourselves about you becoming a full member. Hope thats ok?? So, with that - to officially become a recruit, please stick the following tags into your ingame name - .TuGr. (the "r" indicating recruit) and come join us, once you become a full member, you get access to the server admin and other stuff and get to remove the "r". I've posted up an official announcement in our forums, so the rest of the guys can see it too. I have also altered your forum access to the recruit group, so you should be able to see a few of the private areas now and I've modified your displayname on the forum to include the tags. See you on the battlefield. lol

Unfortunately, the EA servers will be down today & tomorrow for maintenance so they can add more hardware to cope!! Shame, cos I really wanted to play tonight & tomorrow.... Although it would appear we will be able to play on friday evening!! Details below from the battlefield blog.

was really good fun playing tonight, cheers - sherriff, apex and loyalty. haven't had that much fun for ages. definately worked well with the squads!!

I have added a new subforum that imports its feed from the official BC2 twitter. This will show all the status updates, etc in the forum as new posts. I was playing for about 10mins without problems just now, so it appears to be stable!!

This afternoon, DICE have release a new R6 server to the GSP's which fixes the PB INIT/Kick problems!! (I hope) So I have updated our server and re-started Punkbuster. Please post if you have problems joining later tonight.

have been monitoring the server all day with an RCON tool and its pretty much been full since this morning and seems to be playing fine. Even saw Lok. on there for a little while. I'll certainly be on there tonight!!

well our server seems popular this morning - probably cos I turned off PB as requested by DICE/Rackage while they fix the problems. 28/32 is not bad & looking at the logs, its was full last night too!!

The server is now appearing the server list, just do a full refresh, then put "tug" into the server name box on the filter and it should appear. once you've played on it, goto your server list and add it to favourites. Was playing on it for a little while this morning!!

We changed the TS server a while ago when we ditched the dedicated server. Obviously you didnt see all that chat on the forum as it was in a private area!! Thats an easy fix - just tag up & join us you foo, lol. New TS info is: IP+Port: 85.236.100.27:10467 Password: march or october for guest access - then we can get you registered.

Go into the save game folder in my documents and edit the settings.ini - look for: fov=55 at the end of the file and change the number to whatever you want upto about 100 - I am trying out 65 at the moment.
