SAF_Kaiser
lol Actualy all it can do at the moment is sit in my driveway until I get motorcycle certified this month. Its fun to sit on and make engine noises though!

SAF_Kaiser
Thanks Elemental! I love the bike so far. I looked at the Bandit as well and if the dealer would have given me a deal I think I would have taken it.
.TuG.Benny
Welcome to the club K. Just another nutter on a bike eh!!! Just remember you don't have to go everywhere at 140mph, you can leave that to me Just starting to look around for a new toy myself, I'm starting to get a bit bored with my Z1000. SAF_Kaiser
haha! thanks Benny! I'll leave the high speeds to you buddy. I'm trying to figure out if they can install a governor on this thing to keep from going over 50! Oh and training wheels of course!

SAF_Kaiser
I'm going to ty to give it all the self control I have. The whole going fast part isn't something I'm looking for. I just want to have some fun and ride to work for the most part.

SAF_Kaiser
I wish I'd learned how to do this much earlier in life! I got my permit Friday and today after work was the first time I've ever ridden a motorcycle! Something simple, just slow up and down the street with my feet up on the pegs. then making wide u turns with my feet up just using some brake, throttle and clutch to make it. Then a little more speed and shifting into 2nd. I love it!!!!! My hands got tired quick though:rolleyes:
SAF_Snowball
That's a bit of a beast for a first ever ride, you look after yourself mate
SAF_Kaiser
Rgr that Snow, good to hear from you buddy! I'm having a blast getting used to the bike but I'm taking it really slow. My son's not all too happy with me for buying it so to keep him from getting too upset I'm going very slow so he has time to get used to the idea
.TuG.Sherriff
Bikes always seemed like a good idea, nimble, quick, lots of bang for your buck.. But I always get back to the point that it's very difficult to fall off a car... Take it nice and steady, watch out for the other foolish road users! Cheers, Sherriff
SAF_Kaiser
Lol totally true point Sheriff! By the time I'm done with this they will be calling me Kaiser the slow and steady. I just keep reminding myself old bones don't heal all that fast!
